As the fastest growing software development agency in Europe, Q was in need of a new visual identity. They wanted something a little less bland, something to match their impressive portfolio. They approached us looking for a complete overhaul. We were more than willing to help the Qumans, redesigning their identity from the ground up.
We began by linking their new visual identity to the brand itself. Q offers innovative solutions to a variety of problems. Their motto summarizes their work – Whatever the Q, We Got the A. But something was missing. We wanted to give their identity meaning and to reflect their mission.
Q prides itself as a modern agency that values the wellbeing of its staff. Their visual identity should communicate feelings of homeliness, comfort, and innovation. We decided on a vibrant gradient of neon blue and green, a pleasing match with a sleek appeal.
For the logo, we emphasized style and meaning. Their previous logo was vague, bland, and lacking in creative depth. Our solution was a straightforward but effective monogram. It consists of a stylized Q, reflecting the agency’s commitment to answering questions. Inside is a smaller A, which completes the design and calls back to Q’s promise – Whatever the Q, We Got the A.
We aimed to create a visual identity based on versatility. Sometimes less is more, and the ability to be universal is always an advantage in the world of marketing. Not to mention recognition and individuality, core tenets of our design philosophy. Q was ecstatic with the final design, as were we.
